If you have a vehicle on long term hire prepare yourself for some big bills for any minor damage which is inevitable on a long term large vehicle. Tyres also are very expensive. We had one tyre replaced on a Sprinter which had a slow puncture for £174.00. Or £135.00 for a mirror glass which had popped out?!  Also, we requested  replacement vehicle last Wednesday and have been led a merry dance to get one but we have now given up. Basically, if you're not one of their big customers do not expect too much.

Rent vans and cars useually for contract hire only but some private hires. Free tea and coffee and toilets
