Great service, very friendly and efficient. The new paperless contract is a nice touch.

They run out of cars so I had to take a different car from the one I booked (after 30 minutes wait). They didn't check the fuel level before they gave me the car, so in the end I had to fill the tank to the neck and got no refund for that. The service is quite poor unfortunately, which it's a pity as it is in a very convenient location.

Service was fast, friendly and efficient. Why the 1 star? They put they're hand in my pocket and took 21.60 as a refuelling charge despite me stopping at the nearest filling station and filling to the neck, the walk around check by the member of staff confirms the tank was full, my debit card transaction confirms I bought diesel at the nearest station before return. Thieves. This review will be updated as soon as customer services responds.

Superb service from gentleman who managed our booking at Reading. Courteous, helpful and friendly. Can't praise him highly enough. Car was excellent value. Would certainly recommend Budget Cars and especially Reading branch. I've used Budget in various locations and they've generally been pretty good, but service here was outstanding.

No customer service, no help, and no one returning my calls. And still haven't returned to 200£ u have to leave as a deposit ......... won't use them again
