Couldn't fault anything. Excellent service, top class staff. Very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Hire and return was completed in minutes without any trouble at all. Will definitely recommended to Armed Forces colleagues in the area.

Didn't book through Reading West. Courtesy vehicle provided through Porsche Assistance. Vehicle booked by them with Enterprise in Barnstaple, but returned to Enterprise Reading West. Have answered questions on Reading West as if they applied to Barnstaple. Vehicle was expected at 12.00 on Wednesday 27th December, but did not arrive until 15.00 that day because they had to source a luxury vehicle from Exeter. Vehicle was a Mercedes E220d. Would rather have left earlier in a different car. Drove home in the dark and snow on M4 with warning lights popping up all the time! 4 hour drive.

Height restrictions at Reading West car park were not displayed and vehicle height was not given to me when taking out the vehicle. Ultimately the collision was my fault but Enterprise should have done more to indicate this when renting out the van. Beyond that, the service was flawless.
