Absolutely awful. Rented a van for a house move, the van was a wreck. Covered in dents and scratches. Asked at the time of rental if they have all of the damage noted so this wouldn't be blamed on me and was told they do. I asked if I could take pictures to be on the safe side and the gentleman who was serving me wasn't happy about it and went in and got the receptionist, I took the photos anyway because you're best to be safe. Left with the van to find the breaks were practically non existent, for a 16reg van that was supposedly regularly serviced and maintained... not surprised by the damage it has due to the breaks. We called to ask for a change of van as due to moving house we have heavy loads and with the breaks so bad we weren't going to risk it. We were told to return the van, got to their base to find no one was there and everything was locked. We called their head office and were told to post the keys through the door. The next day we were told that although promised a safe van as a replacement because they decided to close early that was somehow our fault and we were told that wasn't their problem. Asked for a refund and got told no. After going to a different company who actually have vans with break pads and successfully moving house without killing someone. Extra money was taken from our bank for replacement of fuel!!! We only drove the van 1 mile before calling for a replacement and got a £30 admin charge and £12 for the fuel. Wouldn't ever recommend using this company, absolutely awful.
