we as garage went to main dealer and were directed to tps. Didn't wanted to help us cuz didn't belive that we are from garage. said our garage name but aswer was, never heard about us. worst customer experience!! with love TIIAG LTD
Really handy place. Needed a sheered bolt for touran and couldn't find anywhere. Called them to find out if bolt was in stock but was unable to tell them the name of the part it attached to. Went in and identified the car part and then the bolt and voila. Really great service.
Staff are very knowledgeable and happy to help, great service.

Fundamentally changed how they deal with cash customers. Very poor indeed.

Dont bother calling for parts they wont give you any unless you are a garage. Not advertised on their site that they wont deal with the public
