Today I had to visit the surgery, and saw Dr Harbshon and I can honestly say she was lovely,caring,listening, everything you want in a doctor.I didn't have a pre booked appointment but the surgery gave me an afternoon time and we have always found they will do their upmost to get us seen on the day we call.I personally feel the doctors and receptionist do sometimes get criticism that is not deserved but I cannot fault Northfield surgery as a practice, I commend them for doing what must be quite a difficult and somewhat stressful job .

The physicians here are uniformly excellent. The nurses and other patient-facing staff are good. The receptionists are improving. Booking/making appointments, however, is rarely easy, especially if one wants to see a particular physician.

Waste of time told results clear .Then saw the nurse told me high blood pressure .high cholesterol .irregular heart beat no medication for any told me to do my own blood pressure .these doctors are not interested.
