The place is now abandoned and looks like the local asbotic youth have started to break and enter the now disused huts. Great place to see green woodpecker, buzzards, falcons, geese, pheasant and plenty of rabbits

A nice site. No facilities except for electrics, but reflected in the pitch price. Clean and tidy. Well spaced out. Wardens are very pleasant. Would definitely come back wgain
Great picturesque site with small wooded areas nice and quiet unless you are on the right side under the hedge next to the road. No showers or toilets. Good price. Staff friendly. Nice dog walking with recreational area near by and fields. 45 minute walk to the sea and pebbly beach. Areas for dog to run on the beach
I have used this Site loads and totally love it. Kim & Donna are the best and brilliant Wardens. They keep the Site in excellent condition, are very helpful, friendly and ensure everyone enjoys their stay. I have had no issues with any other Campers or noise from the road but more importantly I find we all show each other respect and I have met some really lovely people who have also been very helpful. Lots of green space especially for families with children and those with dogs. It is my favourite Site and I will continue to come back as often as I can. Thank you Kim and Donna.
Lovely site, very pleasant staff. Great for buses, trains and local tesco just a short walk away. OK there's no toilet block, but when you've got your own facilities it's not a problem. Would return .
Stayed in March 2022. Staff were friendly and welcoming. First night someone next door was playing music very loud. By midnight my Wife knocked to ask them to turn it down. Very drunk man smashed the door open into my Wife and started screaming that he's lived there for 3 years. I stepped over and he tried to attack me shouting that he would turn it louder. Next morning I had a call from the female owner saying there had been complaints about noise we had been whispering. I explained what happened. No apology, no concern. I should have just called the police. Owners must be more interested in money than basic health and safety of their clients. The guy was still there!
Fantastic place. Brilliant site managers, very friendly, very helpful and informative. I can't understand why people moan about lack of toilets, showers when they get here. IT clearly states on their website before you book that there is NO toilet or shower blocks. We will def be back xx
When booking i was aware that it did not have toilet facilities but upon arrival i was surprised to see that it did however they had been closed for some 10 years due to subsidence, well i am dismayed that a company like the caravan and motor home club does not have the money to fix them.externally they appear fine. Also no off lead dog walk area, although it was apparent there was 1 in the past as the gate is still in place, no fencing just a gate. Sorry but i can notbrec9mend the site for theses2 reasons. Fix them and it would be 10 stars as its a great site in all other aspects. Perfectly situated by beaches and downs and seaside towns.
Nice spacious site, very convenient for Worthing and the South Coast. Easy access, a little road noise but barely noticeable. Friendly staff, would give 5 stars if there was a toilet block.
