Wonderful family owned and run caravan park. Owners provide excellent customer service and maintain their caravan park to an exceptional high standard. We are very pleased to have found this beautiful place - so peaceful and an oasis of calm. Truly relax and rest here everytime we stay.

Wonderful peaceful exclusive caravan site. No club house or children. Adults only. Open March till October. The lawns and hedges are manicured weekly. All caravans are new and modern and professionally winterised. The sea is only a 5-10minute walk away along a Brooke. With views overlooking open fields.

We dipped our toe into Caravaning 4 years ago. We were very apprehensive about taking on the commitment. That decision has never been regretted.Brook lane is beautifully maintained and we have made some lovely friends with our neighbours.The site is owned and managed by the Kirby family who pride themselves on keeping it Spot On. Any issues are resolved immediately and efficiently. Our two dogs love being at the site enjoying the walks to the beach along the Rife. The walks are great in the season and we all enjoy breaks at the renown Bluebird Cafe. The site and area is so friendly and we look forward to many more years at Brook Lane.

This place is a quiet, beautiful place to come to after the stresses of a working week. Always immaculately maintained. A great find.

Lovely tranquil and immaculately maintained site close to wonderful countryside and beach. Very friendly and helpful owners, nothing is too much trouble and they are there as needed. We would highly recommend this site.
