They rarely answer calls. Went in & booked the first available call back appointment , three weeks hence . They failed to make the call back, so started over. Eventually secured a call back. Now told they have no future appointments at all and try again tomorrow. What on earth is going on at this place.

After a hospital consultation last week I'm still waiting and suffering for this practice to sign off and issue the prescription for medications. I've now sourced one med over the Internet and, difficult though this is, I'm searching for a supplier for the other two medications. I've had reason to write about this practice before and so this is not a one-off let-down. There is something seriously going wrong at this practice.

I'm a new patient to this practice, so far so good! Receptionists are lovely! (no dragons here!) Dr's, Nurses & even the chemist staff have been exceptional. Every Dr's surgery has phone issues however I personally haven't had any problems. My Dr is very easy to talk to, has a great attitude & is really knowledgeable.

Very very poor. Six weeks until I can get an appointment with a doctor after waiting 20 minutes on the phone just to be told this.

The stand out worst practice in all of Carlisle if not the entire North West. Expect rude staff, to be waiting on hold for 20 plus minutes for even the most mundane queries (honestly, everytime, whatever the hour), to never receive an in person doctor's appointment for the rest of your days (won't be that long at this practice, one of the few positives actually) and at best, to only ever receive the promise of a "telephone appointment" which you will almost certainly receive after 6pm, the day later, especially if you ring up at 8am sharp. Don't even give this practice a thought. RUN. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. PLEASE.
