I am trying to have a review of my medication with a doctor, none of the contact details are available everything seems to be closing down. No e consult until after 6.30 no appointments to speak to a doctor unless your lucky at 8 am. Why is it so difficult to see anyone. It really is shameful. Can anyone respond to this. Thanks

Phoned 3 times to ask for a GP to sign my prescription online, I asked for the prescription team and they said "it is" in a tone of racism and discrimination, I felt it in my skin and bones, I asked what if it's not signed and tomorrow is Saturday? "Well you will have to phone 111" I'm an epileptic, Kidney Dysfunction & Osteoporosis patient in my early 30's I HAVE A VOICE! WHAT ABOUT THE ELDERLYS?! I will not let this stay like this, human being are born without flags.

Apart from receiving covid texts, from this surgery, I have required nothing from them, for 5 years..until today! Phoned with a general enquiry and had to hang up, after 10 mins, to return to work. So, no personal interaction, for over 5 years now. I am 64. This Group is too big, with too few staff and not coping, at all!

Missed a serious illness. Never open. Can't reach them online, closed whenever it suits them, I've given up. Absolutely diabolical practice. Dangerous to health.

Would leave zero if I could, yet again let down by incompetence! Rang on Tuesday,  I was expecting  call for an appointment with the well woman clinic. When it didn't arrive I checked missed calls and yet again there was a missed call from a private number, and today I have missed my call from the doctor even though I rang on Tuesday  to say  my mobile does not accept calls from private numbers and would they make sure the doc would call me on landline, they have rang today on my mobile and I have missed my appointment . This has happened several times and I am fed up with the service they have provided, maybe it's time they revert back to face to face appointments and provide a proper service.

The e-consult feature is useless and getting an appointment is difficult. Abysmal .

if I was any other person I would never ever register with Carlisle health care. The system for getting to see a doctor is a joke. I been trying to see a doctor for 3 days now and every time there always booked and no help what's so ever. I hope someone from.the surgery sees this cos it is an utter disgrace and reception staff can be very rude and dont prioritise right

If u could score lower i would. Have been trying to get an appointment for the last 4 days, but no one seems to man the phones. On the last 2 occassion i have gone to CHOC as i couldnt get through. This medical practice  has gone too big, and hasnt got things in place to handle.

Took my 3 month baby to see doctor today  and  asked is she could have look inside my her mouth as her gums looked white... she didn’t had a looked at it and said “ she is fine” how do you know? You haven’t even looked at it! Very disappointed...

Receptionist at all surgery's very helpful met nurses practitioners Donna and Claire found them both very good
