Get rid of your digital check-in screen.. despite checking in here 5 minutes before my appointment, I was put down as a "no show" and wasted 45 minutes sat in the waiting room. Then, after the extended wait, the consultant had absolutely no idea why I was there - this was an appointment rested by them not me - either lack of handover notes from previous consultant or lack of preparation. You want to feel confident that your GP practice knows what they're doing, sadly I don't get that here.
The team at upper Eden medical practice are truly outstanding. On the few occasions I have used the practice the staff, especially the reception team are always looking to help. They are professional and friendly. My very best regards and thank you
Absolute discrace they have had no customer care what so ever with my partner. He's had to abscesses that he's phone up with straight away both times he's ended up in Carlisle hospital fighting off sepsis because of the lack of care from this doctors sugury. Also when he was finally prescribed antibiotics he was giving some of witch had the highest dose of penicillin in witch it states on his records that he's allergic too! Carlisle and Penrith hospital have put complaints in for the stupidity of the doctors here.
This practice is the best i have ever used. The staff on every level are trustworthy and efficient. My health has required constant help in the 20 years i have used this pratice. Thanks to you all. Mr Paul Greensmith.
