Absolutely useless, always fobbed off with call 111, having a 1 year old that’s on medication your doctors prescribed but when calling back to get the new prescription told no appointments even calling 8&12 and told to call 111 instead. 111 online clearly says contact GP for this, round in circles. The quality of service has just collapsed. Will be changing GPs asap, if you have kids don’t trust these to be here when you need help.
If you can manage to see a doctor you will need to be in the know as there's never an appointment within 3 weeks. Then fobbed off with try these and come back see me in a month. Crazy place but some good people work here.
