I don't get all the positive reviews. Sure it's well located and the rooms are cute. BUT. The room smelled of cat. The staff was at best rude bordering on aggressive. The full Irish breakfast was miserly. And the owner assured me I could safely park on street till 9 but I had to move by 8. AVOID.

Gorgeous place. The rooms were really nicely decorated and clean. Proper tall Georgian style ceilings. We had a view of the city walls, which was lovely. All of the staff were incredibly friendly. Breakfast in the morning was served downstairs, and was absolutely brilliant. We had a great chat with the chef, who cooks everything there in front of you and offered great advice and insight into Derry. Would definitely stay again, a credit to their town!

A very nice place in Derry, very close to city walls. Had a lovely stay without any hassle. Requested John to decorate the room a bit with a cake and he was very helpful in that. This is an example of good customer service. Breakfast was also good. Room were very clean with neat and tidy bed lenin. Overall a very nice stay and would recommend it.
