Had an amazing long weekend here for a friends wedding. Venue and hotel I cannot fault at all. The new ballroom was amazing, food was delicious and staff extremely helpful and friendly. One waiter even came out of his way to say bye to us as he was off shift the next day when we left. The venue catered for approx 200 guests at the sit down meal and all ran very smoothly (probably due to the sheer volume of staff to make sure it went off without a hitch). We came during the jazz festival as well so lots of live music throughout the town. I'd definately stay again.

You can't beat Sunday lunch at the Everglades. There's a broad selection of starters including egg mayonnaise; there's a decent selection of meats I'm the carvery; there's a chocolate fountain; theres an abundance of profiteroles and the cheesecake is baked. But best of all there is a man in the corner singing Neil Diamond songs. I wonder if he is there permanently or whether they let him go home at night?

Just had the most amazing meal experience ive ever had. My husband and children took me out for the Sunday 5 course banquet. Every course was exquisite the staff so professional the guy singing during dinner and Sharon Black on the piano. Our hostess Hannah made my birthday so special even to the birthday cupcake with candle. Thank you so much for my special day. xxx

The staff were warm, welcoming and eager to help. The room was lovely just a bit too warm in the evening. Great location on the outskirts of the city but close enough to walk back in and taxi fares were cheap to the city and back.

Beautiful location with lovely rooms and large windows. Staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast was great. Shower was lukewarm and there is little bathroom counter space.
