Another great stay at The Maldron. Rooms are always spacious and clean. Reception staff are always welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is buffet style and just what you expect from that. Plenty to eat, although the hot food could be warmer. The location is so central for the shops and for The Millennium Forum where we were going to a concert.
This is the second time we have stayed here. This hotel is fantastic, the hotel staff, from those on reception to the waiters and waitresses are all lovely, helpful, knowledgeable, and very pleasant.nThe rooms are all a very good size, clean, and the beds are very comfortable.nThe breakfast is beautiful, with a fabulous selection of different fruit, cereals, pastries, and the cooked buffet breakfast is nothing short of superb, there is something for everyone.nThe hotel is in a brilliant location, with bars, restaurants, shopping centres, and shops all within 2/3 minute walk.nYou couldn’t ask for anything more from a hotel.nWe will definitely return again.
Outstanding hotel. We had booked 15 rooms in January for a delayed Xmas party. But as always, and time went on, people dropped off the party. Then Storm Éowyn came along with it red alerts and really scuppered our plans. 4 hardy souls still trooped to Derry but the hotel was REALLY flexible, really friendly, and really helpful. All the reception staff I spoke to were top notch and always rang back when they said they would. And make special mention to Amanda the Revenue Manager for being ace.nWouldn't hesitate to recommend this place, and we will be back. Although flip knows when......
Loved our stay at the Maldron, we go every year and it just keeps getting better and better. The staff are lovely and the food is amazing. Highly recommend.
I honestly wouldn't stay anywhere else!nMoney well spent as always, I've stayed here numerous times and everytime we haven't got a complaint.nThem girls on the receptions are amazing and deserve credit where its due. They are so welcoming and cannot accommodate enough.nThanks for another great stay, we will be back very soon.
