Bought a lovely convertible Ford Focus from Ian, he kindly picked me up from the station and took me for a test drive. Had an issue with the roof, called him at the weekend and he went out of his way to ensure that I was OK to get to a specialist garage who carried out a 1st class repair with Ian covering the cost. Excellent service and I would not hesitate to buy again from them.
Ian is absolutely brilliant, most genuine and honest dealer I have ever encountered, I will definitely be contacting him next time I'm looking for a vehicle!

Ian at Nirvana cars was professional and a really genuine chap who prides himself on customer care and selling well prepared vehicles. Transaction was very smooth and not pushy at all. We have just had to do a repair to the electric window which Ian paid for under the warranty with no hassle. Thank you Ian. A real pleasure to deal with you and I highly recommend.
I've just bought a beautiful Mazda MX5 from Ian who was a professional, unpushy, trustworthy, genuine person and refreshing to do business with. The car is just great and the whole experience from test drive to purchase was relaxed and a pleasure. I would certainly recommend Nirvana car sales without hesitation.
Purchased a Volvo S40 T5 from Nirvana Car Sales and I can honestly say the customer service was outstanding,. My dealings with Ian cannot be faulted and he went way beyond my expectations from a "car dealer". I would happily recommend him to any of my family who were looking to buy a car without any concern. I can only presume the 1 star reviews have the wrong company or they are from rival dealers.

Well what can I say.... Customer service 1000% We bought a Hyundai i40 from Ian, when we collected it the rear parking sensors didn’t work. No problem said Ian take it and drive it make sure everything is ok then let me know n we’ll get it sorted. We did just that discovered a couple of issues and Ian got it booked into the garage. So new parking sensors, new discs and pads, new light cluster all sorted, but, Ian didn’t stop there he also put a new MOT and did a full Service! Doesn’t stop there... they sent the wrong light cluster which Ian has told us to keep. Sure a lovely and genuine man would recommend to anyone. Thank you so much Ian
I cannot speak more highly of this dealer. On 14.6.21 I purchased a Volvo but on way home a fault developed with this car. I rang him that evening and first thing the next day an employee of his collected the car leaving me with a Mercedes as a loaner car whilst the Volvo was repaired. I live a 2 hour car drive from his premises on the other side of London. I have never met a dealer with such integrity. Bill Edgar.
A spur spur of the moment decision to change our present car to an automatic. The staff were amenable helpful and trusting they explained the whole deal went through the paperwork and made sure that my husband and I drove away in the vehicle with no apprehension at all.
