Would highly recommend Wentworth Specialist Cars. I was buying a car for my mum and Nick had a car that was a good match to her needs. Nick was very open and honest, with good communication throughout the process. We took a test drive and Nick was keen for us to check that the car was as we expected, that we were happy and there were no issues. I pointed out a couple of queries regarding the car from our test drive/look over, and Nick promised to ensure these were checked and any rectification required was performed.  When picking the car up it had been extremely well prepared, and the points raised on the test drive had all been sorted as promised. Overall a very pleasant experience – Nick is clearly an enthusiast who goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy with a well prepared vehicle. Overall the customer service was superb, and my mum got a great car.

I have now had my car for 8 months now which Nick supplied, to be completely honest the car has been great with a few small issues being sorted without problem, The issue I have is that Nick or his partner will not respond to any of my emails. Since the purchase I have been chasing some outstanding invoices which were not supplied with the car. Bear in mind that the car was £47k then you will understand my frustration and the lack of follow up customer service. Never any issue with the car but the after sales service is just a constant battle. Nick was very keen for me to leave a positive review following the purchase which I did, I know now this was hasty as since then his service has been very poor. He started well but has let himself down badly.

I looked at a couple of Jaguar XKRs before looking at the one I purchased from Wentworth Specialist Cars. It was well presented ..... Nick introduced me to Tom Lenthall who is a Jaguar Specialist nearby.  He checked the car over and fixed a couple of minor  issues. When I picked up the car it was extremely well presented. Buying a complex car like an XKR, requires having confidence in the trader. The combination of Nick's enthusiasm and attention to detail, coupled with the independant Jaguar expertise from Tom took away any concerns I had. I have had the car over a week now and am very pleased with it. Well done Nick.

We didn't purchase a VW Tiguan we paid a first refusal holding deposit for but it was a quality product. It took some time to have the holding deposit returned but this was explained and dealt with.

Sources nice clean cars at  decent prices, with a real focus on aftercare and support. Excellent ! No hesitation in recommending.

Interested in looking at a car from this dealership however know one is answering my calls after trying for two days.  can someone tell if this place is still open and how to speak to someone

Still awaiting V5 never answers phone and never replies to voicemails
