Bought a Focus from here, great price and astonishing condition considering the price. Test drive on the day with no hassle, staff happy to help and knowledgeable about the cars. Would buy from here again
Paid deposit, arranged delivery, to be told as they were half way to me that the car had no log book. The car was stinking inside on arrival, covered in mud, leaves & dirt. Passenger side door handle was broken, unable to open the door. Gearstick was falling apart, surrounding material also ripped. Chipped windscreen. Boot handle hanging off was stuck on by glue, fell apart 1st time I opened it. None of this was disclosed. After 3 months the car started loosing power and was unable to start. Red engine light was showing. Disappointing
Truthfully told , very easy transaction in a nice time , good deal and was able to work warranty as I was going to Ireland so took it off price , good luck
To say I am utterly appauled with the service we received from this company would be an understatement! Not only have they sold my pregnant step-daughter a faulty, dangerous car, they are now ignoring our messages and calls to get this sorted. My step-daughter wanted to buy her first car ready for when the baby is here, which we explained when we arrived and she fell in love and purchased an aldi. From the moment we drove it home, we started to notice that the central locking was broken and locking and unlocking doors on random occasions. We spoke to the team and they were nice enough to take the car back and fix the issue since we had only had the car 2 days. Since then she has driven the car twice and we have found the issue is still ongoing, the doors are unlocking WHILST DRIVING and the radio turns on and off. Clearly this is a major issue with the electrics that can put my step-daughter in a very dangerous situation. We have tried reaching out since and they are now ignoring our messages and calls. This car never should have been sold! As per the rights of sales of goods, all products should be FIT for PURPOSE when brought. This was not the case! I hope to hear back from the garage soon before i take this further!

This was an awful experience. Me and my partner drove one hour to come and see an Audi. We called before leaving home to arrange an appointment, we were not told someone was viewing just before us and we insisted on it being available as we wanted to get it today. We called the place five minutes before arrival to say we were on our way and they said they were waiting on us. To then arrive again, after one hour pointless drive ask for the car and be told someone was just signing documents for it in the office. This was such a shame as we weren’t told about any of this up to when we arrived. I told them it was very disrespectful and they did not care to apologise instead I had angry looks as an answer. If you are looking for someone serious to sell cars, go anywhere but here please, save yourself the waste of time.
Bought VW Golf Estate very nice Car, excellent service & good value. Will buy from here again.
Some reasonable cars and some real dros. Make sure you fully read the ads rather than skim I went to by a convertible got there and the roof didn't work and neither did the alternator. Had it all been working then would be a good price as it turned out was about 600 more than would be reasonable. Staff are very helpful and with the current road closures around 9 mile ride test drives are easy with very little traffic.
Mixed emotions here. Turning out OK no trouble with the car. Don't expect dealership quality but the guys are genuine, be patient.
Great service, great prices. Saw some of there adverts on Autotrader. Went down was greeted by a very friend man who asked what we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction. Car was in great shape considering age of car started first time and drove very well on test drive. Purchased car there and then. 100% would recommend for anyone looking for a great second hand car
