Very impressed with Auto scout I picked up Audi A4 from them. I'm very happy with the car and was treated well by salesman.Everything I asked to be done was completed by the time I needed the car including sorting out the alloys and fixing the odd mark. Great car with low mileage and high spec.They let me use their computer to sort out insurance and tax.Overall it was a very positive experience. I would definitely do business with them again.
Really pleased to share my experience with Auto Scout Ltd, my friend recommended them. Once i booked an appointment I was given all the answers over the phone before I had to travel 70 miles, At my appointment a key was given to me by a really nice Lad Umair, he advised to inspect the car, take my time and let him know once I am ready for a test drive. I loved the car, Got 4 new tyres with the deal. Really really happy with my purchase. Highly recommended
Awful. Awful. Awful. They may be polite and seem nice but do not instill confidence. Left a deposit to collect a car once they fixed the air-con and on my return noted that back windows were not winding down in the back. The company tried to say it was a "child safety feature"!!! Have asked for my deposit back and was told that they couldn't do a bank transfer without their account and had no cash on site to give me. Most cars priced up when compared to others of similar age and mileage online. Don't buy from here.
Very smooth, easy and enjoyable experience. The staff are excellent, friendly and useful. Very happy with my new car. Definitely the best value for the car i was looking for. Very very impressed with the efficiency of service. And getting my new car made my day.

Friendly staff with no pressure to buy. Had the opportunity to have a lengthy test drive. Bought a nice car at a reasonable price. I would be happy to recommend them to family and friends.
An awful experience, I really do hope people will steer clear of this company. Firstly, I read that they only wanted a £100 deposit which was changed to £200 once I got there, which i didn't mind as I intended to buy the car. I noticed in the first inspection that the passenger headlight was out which was agreed to be fixed on purchase of the car. However, when I picked it up, the headlight was still out, but had been given a years mot, which I had asked for, meaning the mot was dodgy as a headlight out would mean a failure! So they clearly don't have them done by a professional. Secondly after around 3 weeks of having the car the engine warning light came on, as the engine is covered by the warranty I called and asked them to fix it however they refused to pick up the car because they don't provide recovery. As the engine light was on I didn't want to drive it on the motorway, so had no way of getting it to them. After a few days I called back and said that the only way of fixing it would be to take it to another garrage as they where not going to help me. I was then told that they would only cover me for up to £200 of repairs, therefore I had to pay for the diagnostic and part of the repair myself. I had no help or support from them and had to sort everything out myself, which nobody should have to do after just having bought a car. And lastly the log book took well over 6 weeks to be sent off and I had to keep chasing it up. I really would stay away from these guys. Completely unprofessional and will do anything to get out of paying for the warranty. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I have asked if car which they advertised is still available, they said it is and when I like to view it. I went to see 1 hr after their confimation and the car was sold and gone the day before! Nobody was even sorry. The add is still on after a week... Very unprofessional in my oppinion...
Sold us a car with wheels that had rotted through and needed refurbishing. They had sprayed the fronts to hide the problem. I recommend you avoid this dishonest organisation.
