Just bought a car for my son at Eden Wokingham, David Steele was so patient, really helpful, and extremely friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and as long as we were satisfied, he was happy. The dealership is very lucky to have someone like David. At first I thought this would be a good experience as Eden came highly recommended to me and when I first brought the car back in February the customer service was great. However, since then they have been shockingly bad. I was promised 12 months warranty and breakdown and this was not honoured until April and that’s only because I broke down and followed up as the breakdown company had no idea who I was. I’ve had several problems with the car and the staff seem to tell you different information each time so I have now given up. You call and email and receive minimal response and you always get passed between people who tell you different things. If you’re thinking about it, trust me, do not go to Eden!!

I highly recommend Eden Motor Group Wokingham for their outstanding staff. Vince, David, Bradley, and the rest of the team were all professional, friendly, and helpful. They exceeded my expectations and made my car buying experience enjoyable.

Recently purchased a car from Eden, had a poor experience. First I ordered the car almost a year ago, with an original delivery date of March 2022, I picked it up a week ago. Communication was a bit hit and miss, no real apology when it eventually turned up, in my mind why commit to a sale when you can’t deliver when promised. Second, I was given the wrong car! A week later had a call saying that I had been driving the wrong car, if I had had an accident then it would have been a different story! Again no real apology, was made to feel it was more my fault for not realising the car that was the same colour and make  was wrong from the last letter on the reg. S instead of M.

Mo was great and really helpful when purchasing my car. I took it out for a test drive and it was ready to collect days later. He ran through all of the mod cons thoroughly and I felt completely at ease when driving off. All costs were explained and adjusted to suit my budget. All round really happy.

Warranty recall, let down by Eden Reading, booked with Wokingham and fantastic experience. Definitely booked for future services annually.

Amazing experience mikolaj in particular was very helpful, and enthusiastic. He had an in depth knowledge about the cars.

My faith in Eden has been restored. Great service today. Lindsay at Newbury was wonderful , cheery , welcoming and really made me feel comfortable with the sale. I can't thank her enough. A special mention to Sam at the sales office also for going above and beyond, and doing everything possible to turn a negative into a positive. Both members of staff are a credit to Eden.

Have been dealing with Eden Mazda for years and have had nothing short of exceptional service all this time. Shout-out to Dean!
