AVOID - brought my car in to diagnose a noise coming from the inside of the engine. I left with a replaced coolant hose which wasn’t the issue or helped diagnose the problem a broken door handle which wasn’t on the initial damage report and tried to charge me £101.96 for no actual diagnostic of the noise the noise was still happening, costing me a total: £148.54. I initially brought my car in for 2 days, I’m which the technician & master technician couldn’t find or hear the noise I mentioned and wanted to return my car with a £119 diagnostic fee which included a visual check of the engine. I then came down and showed them the issue, and within 5 minutes the technician and MASTER technician acknowledged the noise, and wanted to keep it for an additional 3 days to diagnose it. They then determined it MIGHT be a turbo oil starvation issue and wanted to charge me £360 to simply diagnose the issue, after which they replaced a coolant hose??? without my authorisation for the additional charge. Then after 4 days of having my car they informed me that my door handle was adrift and wanted over £100 to replace it. Cost me £20 at another garage I finally refused the work, and got my issues sorted elsewhere for a fraction of the cost & time. Complete waste of time and money, if you have any other option for servicing please don’t waste your money here. Update: The aftercare manager called me as I took a survey and explained my frustration. He the proceed to tell me the most passive aggressive tone that they never cover the charge of a part even though I was told otherwise on the phone. He also admitted that the technician broke the door handle, however, as they were not working on the door handle, they don’t legally have to replace the door handle as they can note it down as wear and tear. If that’s not a clear example of the attitude of how they handle their customers cars it shows their lack of care for things they can’t be held accountable for.
They service my car on April the 4th and part of that service they should have washed and valeted the car. This is not done due to the fact we got the last appointment and they offered us to come in on another day which we did three days later. Everything was fine but the car was just washed and that was it and then later a customer service person for me to ask for my experience and feedback. I did appreciate this although when I told them about my experience with the car wash they said somebody would get back to me but nobody did. Too bad for them as I was ready to buy a car, negotiated Walsall doing my service. I would have given three stars or more but again nobody from the dealership actually called me back after I had voice my unhappiness.
Fantastic Ford Dealership. I’ve purchased 2 cars from them over the last 4 years. Great selection of cars to choose from. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Not pushy at all! Very relaxed atmosphere!
Atrocious, awful, should be illegal. The service I have received is absolutely disgusting! Don't expect any haste, any quality, or any respect!...and your pay through the nose just to be treated like a mug! Please read the bad reviews and look at the frustration and anger this garage has caused people! Then, never waste a penny or second of your time going to this garage!!!! In response to your comment, one of the ideas of a bad review is to warn others or prospective customers as to the treatment they could expect with your garage, no use retrospectively trying to save face now.
Having experienced a strange problem with my key fob on my Ford Kuga, I contacted the Wokingham branch. Jack was really helpful, he’s professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to the problem and resolved it. I had googled and researched but could not find a solution to the problem. Jack fixed it first time. I’m so grateful for his help. I’m a very happy customer. I will now use this garage for my servicing and MOTs. Thank you

Bought a Fiesta ST from this garage last week. Ben was the member of staff who helped me through the process and was super attentive and friendly. He was superb in pushing the sale through without too much stress or unnecessary hiccups. I would honestly recommend him and the garage to anyone who is looking to buy a Ford. Being a pensioner i had a limited budget around £8000, I was after a certain car not a ford which they had, I visited the showroom and met Kade one of their sales team and purchased said car. I had a few minor problems with it which were solved without any problem, I could not have had better service if I had spent 4 times my budget. The best service I have had from my years of purchasing cars. Thank you Kade and David
The Wokingham branch has the best advisors! Jack was really helpful, he’s professional and very knowledgeable. I’ve been having a recurring issue with my car and was already frustrated by the time I decided to take it to the Wokingham branch. Jack listened and ensured the problem was actually resolved. I’m a very happy customer.
Recently I bought a used car for about 10k. Sales advisor was quite nice we were happy with everything until we notice big problem which car had. While I was driving my new used car After purchase I found out that there was an issue with gear box and drivers can feel that something wrong with the car only sometimes. So I had to reach group1 to rectify and I had a warranty. Within 4 or 5days of purchase I booked an appointment but obviously booking was a month later because of thier availability. After their checks they told me that warranty is not covering for this issue so I would need to pay about 2k, that would be 12k in total for the car value. I could have purchased a car somewhere for 12k instead. Obviously I had the car for 5days how am I responsible for it as it was used car.
