Really good experience. I dropped in to see if I could test drive a car I'd seen online and after doing so Adam took the time to listen to what I needed and suggested an alternative which might work better for me. They didn't have one there but called back the same afternoon to confirm one they'd found for me that might fit the bill. It arrived two weeks later and definitely suits me and the dogs better than the one I thought I wanted. Everybody in the office and workshop was really friendly and keen to share dog chat !
Bought a pick up from the Gloucester branch, unfortunately it had a problem, but the fantastic salesman found us another better one and gave us a goodeal. Thank you Tom, it was great to deal with an honest and genuine car salesman. Would recommend the garage to anyone.
Very pleased with the car , with the sale experience and after sale. A warning light came on a few days after I collected the car which happens. It was dealt with promptly and effectively and the cost of repair was fully covered under the warranty.
I purchased a car from their website. Citroen C4 Cactus. Adam their sales executive gave us great advice. The car arrived by car courier, and was fully as described. After sales was superb .. Many thanks to Adam , and the team. Regards Ian
Having purchased a vehicle from the Cinderford branch a week ago, I’ve been nothing but impressed. Dealing with the Sales Manager Will has been a breeze; a straight shooter that knows his stuff, I felt confident and comfortable that I would get a great service and a fantastic vehicle. A few days on, although I slight hiccup with a car battery needing replacing, the car has been a dream, and I had no issue whatsoever going to Will as I knew he’d be a standup man and get things sorted for me. Suffice to say, when my partner needs a vehicle, we’ll be stopping by here first.
Initially due to sales pitch I posted a 5 star review. However, this has gone to a one star review. I purchased a Mercedes from the branch in Gloucester about 12weeks ago. The car lookes prestene. However, day 3 of owning the car I washed it and discovered the rear wheel arch on the drivers side was full of rust! This was hidden at time of sale. The company were reluctant to rectify the issue. However, after having to fight my corner they did fix this. 3 weeks in the car the battery went on it. They didn't want to accept responsibility for this although I have a 12 month warranty. After lots of tooing and froing they finally did replace the battery. I should not of had to fight or spend as much time on getting these issues rectified as I did. Recently the drivers side headlight is experiencing condensation issues which is getting worse. The company have been ignoring my messages regarding the issue. I have contacted several garages and Mercedes directly and this is possibly going to a costly issue to fix. Around £800. I have gone to an independent garage today and they have taken the headlight off to see the issue, there is a crack in the back of the light. The mechanic believes the car has possibly been hit before due to the damage presenting. This was not mentioned to me when purchasing the vehicle at full asking price. I have paid out my own pocket to hopefully fix this issue. Nick Kings garage in Gloucester has been sent the photos of the headlight. I don't feel I can enter branch alone as due to previous visits to the Cinderford branch I felt intimidated by an employee who towered over me whilst I was sat down and shouted in my face. The conclusion is, a very good sales pitch and customer service at face value. The minuite you drive away they do not give any follow up customer service. They ignore calls and messages and are rude and intimidating. My concern now is the fact they have done the mot, and will I have issues with this in the future. I feel I can't trust them. I now don't know if my car has previously been hit or if there are any further underlying issues that haven't presented themselves. The warranty is meaningless and they always seem to have a get out clause. I am now going to contact trading standards.
After being sold a perfectly good car, upon leaving with my new purchase, I was told to come back in a few years' time to exchange for something newer. After securing deals and contacting this company to inform them that I was interested in a vehicle they had for sale; "went and sold it right before my very eyes". In addition to the company knowing I was setting up the deal to exchange upon ringing them to arrange a viewing only to be told "It was sold that one". This company is liable to tell you one thing; when you're out the door, words are gone with the wind. Mark.
Had a very pleasant experience with these guys... Bought the car over the phone from Plymouth, arranged collection the following week, travelling via train from Plymouth to Gloucester and being collected at the station by the bosses mum... How assume is that.. Anyway thought I'd post the finish product now I've had the Fiat Qubo vinyl wrapped with my company branding... Looking good Thanks guys... Third car we purchased here in a year. Great stuff. William the manager really does a great job and gives you lots of choice and great value cars to work with.
Thank you to all at Nick King cars Cinderford. I have nothing but praise for Adam and his team. I am really pleased with the help and advice I recieved when buying my car and also the after care when a few small issues occured. Adam and the workshop sorted it all out and gave me a lovely courtesy car to keep me going. Great service very friendly and helpfull thank you all.
