Wouldn't even give a 1 star given an option Took my skoda yeti there as had a problem with the head unit stereo needing an emergency update after our battery went flat to be given a diagnostic costing £120 to be told the stereo is knackered!! Winner garage then went on to tell me a new unit would cost £1300 without fitting After some looking about I found a guy online who sent me a link for the firmware update for FREE uploaded to an SD card and yippee the head unit is working again. Avoid WINNER GARAGE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE....RIP OFF MERCHANTS AT THEIR BEST!!

Went to winners this afternoon. Asking to see if they could help me with getting a tyre ordered in. The women I was spokenkali I think to was incredibly rude to myself. I walked into the showroom with the wheel and she looked confused at me and asked “what to you want?” I explained my situation and she was reluctantly to even try and help me it find the right one. Didn’t seem interested in selling me a tire and couldn’t give me any vague idea of when it would show up. Will ever go in there again to buy tires or even a car. Piss poor customer service. You’re better off going up the road to Perrys or even Kwifit!!!
Very efficient service - reminders given and nice video of main points from MOT looking at underneath of car. Clear paperwork of what was done in service.
Staff are very friendly, helpful and courteous. I couldn't have wished for a better experience.
We found Jason very helpful and knowledge, there was no pressure for us to buy the car. We like the fact we could take it for a test drive without them there was no rush. He gave us a great deal so much so that we bought the MG3 and very pleased with it. Thank you Jason.
I honestly can't fault the customer service I received. There was no hard selling so I didn't feel pressured or uneasy. Alex B was very informative and patient. When I voiced some of my concerns he reassured me that the car would undergo an MOT and service, and they would make sure the car is in top condition before I drove it away. It was such a smooth and easy purchase; I've never experienced such service, and I would highly recommend this retailer to friends and family.
On the face of it they have great customer service..then you scratch the surface... they have no idea how their own software works, think that because you've connected to a home WiFi connection that the lte stops working nonsense, they read from scripts rather than trying to address actual concerns , won't take any responsibility if you didn't buy from their specific franchise and won't comment on "corporate" process? All a cop out really, still have no idea why I can only get 40kwh maximum into a 58 kwh battery enyaq iv60. Oh and they didn't clean the car which was on the job sheet Edited for reply: What more do I need to say? Completely ignored my reasons for bringing the car in and again trying to use the supplying retailer as a Scape goat for lack of ability in answering my queries. You're supposed to represent Skoda as a brand. UPDATE, after a lot of back and forth with winner garage, I went to Bristol, they diagnosed the 400v battery system as faulty and replaced the battery pack under warranty, needless to say it's evident that Winner have limited knowledge when it comes to correctly diagnosing EV systems and will instead try to gaslight the customer into believing the issue is with them. I truly wonder how many other Enyaqs have been incorrectly turned away.
