Bought my car here, regularly serviced here no problem. Broke down when started motor packed up. Escorted to Lydney by RAC. Repair not fixed for a week. Collected and brought home 6 miles. Paid bill £245. First trip,out, Friday Radio not working, and engine warning light permanently on, very worrying Obviously job not properly completed . Rang Saturday for assistance, nice engineer said bring in on Monday. I am told No, I can’t come, and probably wouldn’t get car fixed for a week. They can’t come and collect the car. What am I supposed to do?. I have no one to help me get home, cant wait a whole day there standing outside, I’m 76 and shielding. They will ring me back still waiting.. the website chat page isn’t working either, thus this on line complaint.

Had a service done here on my Focus. Lovely friendly staff and great service. Made you feel welcome, from the moment you arrive until you leave. Much better than the bigger Ford branches, who just want your money. Will be using Thomas Bee from now on, well recommended.

Superb Service and a great selection of cars. We have bought a total of 2 cars from Thomas Bee and the experience was always outstanding. They took their time, offered true and honest advice it felt and nothing seemed to be too much for them. We dealt with Ralph and John who were both very knowledgable, very polite and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them and take my car in any time.

Had an issue with my bonnet catch and cable, the bonnet was only being held by one part of the catch mechanism. So it looked like it was smiling at you, as not in place properly. I only needed a temporary fix till I can get a replacement. The Receptionist kindly asked the Manager if there was a Mechanic spare to help me with the temporary fix. There was a Mechanic free, it took about two minutes to reposition the bonnet, so now safe to drive. A big thank you for the service received by the team at Thomas Bee Garage.

We bought our new car via Gary in sales. The best car buying experience ever had over 30 years of buying cars. Excellent service that is polite, friendly and honest.Many thanks and hope you have continued success.

Had car serviced there and was happy with service, however did find a greasy hand print on side pillar of car inside managed to clean it off. Just been to book the second service with them only to find out they now charge £15 for a courtesy car. As I only live a few miles away this seems too much. I've now booked it with furrows Telford as I work up there some days and they don't charge, and also offered to pick it up and drop it off free of charge.

I bought my first Ford 6 years ago from Thomas Bee and it is time to replace with a newer model. I can think of no other dealership that comes close to their quality cars and caring service. I will of course be making the 300 mile round trip from London to get my 2nd Ford. I highly recomend!

Have just bought a Ford Transit Connect, had a issue with the radio but all sorted by a young man who knew his stuff, very polite and will now be having my vehicle serviced here.. Brilliant customer service..

I have bought my second car from them..because of there help and excellent service. My partner, daughter and neice has also purchased a car from them...they are brilliant..nothing is too much trouble

I am unable to book my car in for repair and have a courtesy car. Courtesy cars are only allocated to customers whose vehicles are in for service. Despite Thomas Bee being my nearest Ford agent, I am told that I cannot be taken home from the service department or picked up from home to collect my vehicle as I live too far away. Thomas Bee appear to have a policy that a customer is unable to talk to a technician about a problem with a vehicle, resulting in messages being taken to and fro between the service desk personnel and a technician. This gives an inadequate response for information enabling a customer to make an informed decision on work to be undertaken. On phoning to book a car repair I was told that the service department was busy and that they would ring me back as soon as possible. I never heard another word. There is no point in me considering the purchase of a further Ford as, due to a lack of alternative transport and driver, I cannot get it repaired at my nearest Ford agent. Thomas Bee appears indifferent to wanting repair business and gives inadequate customer service.
