This is such a nice Next, their stock is incredible and Alexander served me at the collection desk and he was so attentive and helpful it really made my day. Thank you. P.s the Cafe upstairs is also incredible, worth the visit just for the sandwiches and drinks!!
I was standing waiting to be served at the cafe for about 5 minutes while 3 staff behind the counter totally ignored me. Then two other customers walked past me to the check out till and were served in advance of me while I continued to be ignored. I then thought I’ll do the same as them as they had pushed in, and was told that it was my fault that I had not been served as I was standing in the wrong place. There was no hint of apology, just a patronising smile and an increasing insistence that I the customer had been standing in the wrong place - unbelievable.nI recommend that the members of staff involved are removed from front line service and, before exposing them to customers again, that they are properly trained in customer service snd the need for politeness and understanding when dealing with customers. They should also be taught to apologise to customers when their own service falls below such standards.nI was at the cafe at 12-35pm on Friday 6th September if you want to check which staff were involvednThank you
Went to Next to buy some last minute wedding attire and Rufjan was excellent with her customer service skills! She made sure I had the correct clothes I needed and went above and beyond to provide me with a great shopping experience. Thank you so much Rufjan, you have made my day!
Really poor customer service and product quality. Ordered a footstool and within a couple of years it is completely mishapen and the hinges have broken. For £375 I was expecting much better quality and service - I called/emailed them to sort it out and they said it was caused by excessive side to side motion when we were putting our feet on it... I mean - what on earth?! Emailed to dispute multiple times and are now just being ignored by their complaints team
Vast selection of clothing.nCafe shop is cosy. Staff are friendly. Coffee and cake is delicious.
