Good range, we bought a matress which is really good quality (if a little pricey).
However, they weren' t clear regarding delivery charges. If you request an afternoon delivery apparently there is a surcharge which nobody mentioned at the time of the purchase, even if we made it clear that we would have preferred it.
They also advertise a free collection of your old matress with the collaboration of a well known charity but we were given the impression by the salesperson that the old mattress would be collected no matter what, at least for disposal. We then found out that this wasn't the case and therefore we feel the salesperson was misleading and only interested in making the sale.
