Sunday morning ridiculously busy and only 2 staff working - 1 was working the till and 1 was on the floor helping people. There were massive queues and a huge wait - some people had been waiting over an hour - so we left.

I took my 89 year old father to this store to buy slip on shoes following his recent hip replacement. Louis was extremely helpful and attentive. He fetched a suitable chair and then made sure the shoes were available to try on before my dad took his own shoes off. All they way through his customer service was impeccable. I was very grateful. Clarks should make sure that there is a suitable chair for this type of customer the seat needs to be nineteen and a half inches from the floor with two arms.

Go here all the time to get the kids shoes. Nice big open store plenty of staff to see to your needs even at the end of the Sumner holidays when there is a mad rush to get shoes!
