Sport Direct carenI bought sneakers that were big on my feetnTHEY CHARGED £4.99 FEE FOR ME TO COLLECT IT FROM SPORT DIRECT INTERCHANGE BEDFORD AND THEN THEY CHARGED ANOTHER £4.99 FOR ME TO RETURN IT, THEY ARE MAKING A LOT OF MONEY JUST FROM COLLECTION AND RETURN FEES, PURE MAFIA, SPORT DIRECT NEVER AGAIN, BE CAREFUL PERSONAL.
Refused to accept a return the day after I bought it, no store that forcefully keeps your money and refuses a return is worth shopping at, any decent place offers returns within 14 days as they know there stuff is good people will still come back
Had what I wanted, but the staff are, by and large, unwelcoming, unfriendly, and rude. I always try and be upbeat , polite, and happy buddy it gets harder and harder to remain that way when you never get it back!
Abysmal service.took ages to find anyone to get the size trainers I wanted then went to pay and there was nobody operating the tils for at least five minutes.plenty of staff all stood around chatting to eachother
