Absolutely shocking customer service... if I could give them minus 5 stars I would.
After spending over £80 and receiving a product too small I called to ask for a refund. Sent it back recorded delivery as advised.

The manager signed for it and i was told It would be processed the following day.... gave them a week and every time I call I have the pleasure of speaking to another incompetent person who doesn't know how to contact the manager to find out what's happening... all they can do is send her another pointless email.
How hard is it to exchange a size 4 clogs for a size 7 or at least some form of communication.

Perhaps I should leave my job and drive down to Dorset and process the friggin order myself!!!

Absolutely shocking customer service!!! Will never use these people again.

This is a real find for Crocs and other clogs. A small showroom adjacent to the on line warehouse. A big range to choose from and really helpful and friendly staff.
