My partner and I visited the store late last night in search of a last-minute suit. I approached a member of staff named Helen to ask if there was a different size available in one we had seen, and from that moment she was incredibly helpful.nnHelen took the time to help us explore different options when we were unsure about sizing. She measured my partner for a shirt, assisted us in the changing rooms, and helped us find the suit that fit him best. Nothing seemed too much trouble for her.nnShe went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect fit, and she was friendly, patient, and professional throughout. She never made us feel like an inconvenience and made the whole experience completely stress-free, especially given how last-minute our visit was.nnHelen is a real asset to the store and truly went the extra mile. Thank you Helen!
Whilst in the changing room I could overhear the young lad who works in the ladies changing rooms he has a shocking tone of voice and bad attitude to customers. He wants to get some training from the lovely ladies working in the gents section or move up a floor .
Lots of home stuff available. I like it! Some stuff overpriced but overall not too bad. They also have a costa in store which is good and lots of parking!
nnAbsolutely atrocious service from Next . I paid for next day delivery, but the item wasn’t delivered. After chasing it up, I was told it was too large for Evri — something they clearly should have known before taking payment.The manager offering a refund for 1 chair ordered a set of chairsnA store collection was arranged, but when I travelled to collect, only one chair had arrived. I was told to come back the next day for the second one — more wasted time and travel.nnCustomer service was completely unhelpful. Very disappointing experience.I called customer services several times each time received poor service basically NO SERVICE and the last call I was cut offnnAtrocious service
Popped in with my daughter just before 9pm closing time to buy a last-minute pair of school shoes. As we were leaving, the store manager commented, “you know some people need to come to work tomorrow too.”nI found this unprofessional basic courtesy and good customer service should be expected at all times.
