Staff so rude. Desperately in need of customer service training. My one star is for the selection of items. Picked up all the things I’d been wanting. But the staff are just diabolical. Rude young girls on the till shouting at customers and just being plain unfriendly. Big companies like this really need to stop hiring young people
This is my local tk maxx, and I often pop in before I go to the gym. You can find good bargains here if you search! The staff however are the reason why it has 3 stars, the guy on the door is always very friendly but the woman on the dressing rooms during the week needs customer service training. What a strange lady, she made me feel very uncomfortable making a big song and dance about counting my items, saying that people steal things and looking me up and down! As if I’d steal anything, I’m just on my way to the gym hon! Very weird experience and totally put me off trying anything on.

Not bad at all , lots of products at a very reasonable price
Visited today, usual good selection of clothes, shoes, homeware etc. only negative about the store is the staff. Went to till to pay along with 8 other people. There were only 2 tills open and the other 4 staff members behind the tills seemed to be oblivious to the building queue and just carried on sorting out coat hangers and shelves?? I think a bit of customer service training would go along way with the staff
Bargains to be had. Good big store with lots of choice and spacious fitting rooms
A good TK max. Well stocked and with Homesense next door, you can pick up most things you might want
Lots of variety, managed to pick up loads of bargains for my children for ready Christmas
Great store, well laid out, friendly staff, a good experience.
Very nice welcome at the door by a member of staff Till staff polite and offered to wrap a delicate item.Some good reductions especially shoe air conditioning and free parking
