I visited the Cafe in M and S Cheadle today, I will never go back. It was the worst choice for a late lunch. When I arrived all the empty tables had dirty crockery still waiting to be cleared and tables needed wiping. I then had to put my order on a computer which can't be easy for some elderly people. A nice young man did help me. I managed to find a table that was clear but not wiped. There was lots of crumbs under the table and a used paper napkin on the floor. My coffee eventually arrived and served by a very miserable waitress who looked like she didn't want to be there. I then asked a young waitress who was passing if she could please pick up the used napkin by my table. You would have thought I had asked her to clean up excrement. She was extremely rude by the look on her face. My cappuccino coffee was cold and I did ask for a fresh one. It was not a pleasant experience. I very often visit prestwich or bury branch and its always been a pleasant experience. I did have a word with a manager called Sarah who was very nice and actually agreed. The staff there need training on how to smile to customers who are spending a lot of money.
Had a bra fitting today with a lovely lady called Yvonne Just want to say M&S she is a credit to your company. She made me feel at ease and so relaxed gave me excellent advice. I bought 2 bras and came away feeling so happy and with more knowledge and understanding of what bra suits my body. Thank you so much Yvonne for all your help today.
Would like to thanks Jay hope I have got her name coorect, the lady who works in the clothes fitting room. My son needed a new suit and Jay measured, advised and collected multiple sizes/styles for him to try on. Her knowledge and advice was invaluable and made the process an easy and enjoyable experience. Great customer service.
I would like to thank Hinde ,for her help in purchasing the right suit. I think she could see I was unsure ,and she went above and beyond in helping me purchase the right size so I left happy. Very thankful.nBest regards.
