This is a great local pet store , I would say one of  the best around the Teignbridge and South Devon area . Why? They have great customer service, excellant product knowledge and always full of good advice on products and brands best for my pet. If my pet is happy I am happy :-)
I always shop there every week, beacuse I know I can get what I need at great value! :-) :-)

Have been many times to the fermoys and newton branch of this store and I am very satisfied with the service and attitude from all the staff at both stores. Very informative about their products (food and non-food items) and animals that I have enquired about. Highly recommended to all who shop for there pets wether it be cats, dogs, fish, reptiles, birds or small mammals for treats, housing (cages), toys, accessories, animals and more.

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Use your local supplier and support local jobs. Highly recommended to pet lovers.

As a reptile and fish lover, i am a big fan.  From a reptile point of view, they have a nice selection and the animals are in good health in my experience.  They sell live food too which is a bonus.
