Great staff who are very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely using this place in the future. And as for the post below. Get over yourself. Nothing wrong with being called darling. It's  a pleasure to have friendly staff for a change.

Very friendly and lovely, however would recommend some caution on picking bird toys as some of them contain potentially unsafe parts.

Although i find this shop really useful and the majority of the staff members helpful and polite, I came in today and had to deal with a sales person who repeatedly called customers staff and myself 'darlin'..iv previously encountered her and didn't come to the shop for some time after.. this sales person needs to show some respect to the customers , we are not her darlings.. we don't even know her!!! Its rude, condescending and totally disrespectful.. any good customer service training will teach her that! And because of her, iv low starred you and won't be returning.

Love this place, get all my insects there to feed to my little guy. There was this really weird person who got really furious though and let all of the birds out of their cages when they got called darlin. They asked him not to come back and he mumbled something about a review. Good shop 8/8.
