Having moved my dog to Torquay for six months before moving elsewhere, I spent 4 days researching all the pet food shops around Torquay and Paignton. The Ark was by far the best for service, knowledge of products, selection and price. I hope this will continue.

Brilliant shop, best pet store in the bay! We got my son a baby beardie and the guy that sold it to me, (the manager) was so knowledgeable and gave me loads of great advice. Staff are amazing and always happy to help. Love the pigs too.

Always very helpful and a lot of stock. Much improved since they made it all one floor in my opinion. My girlfriend purchase her tortoise and all the kit here and gave loads of tips and advice to look after. Always a bonus going into see the pigs too!

Great little shop with a good range of products and the staff are really friendly. Free parking round the back and a very reasonable dog washing facility.

Used the dog wash facilities although handy to be able to wash own dog did not think it was worth £9.95 as only one blow dryer worked and the attachment did not fit, the finishing sprays where virtually empty and the range of brushes to use afterwards very poor. I did leave with a clean dog which is was a good thing.
