The staff were helpful, they let me try coats on my dog who is a funny shape. And I got 10% discount by joining the loyalty scheme so a bonus.

Vet didn't have a clue not good.just tryed to make up thing to push price up.we back at city vets very good and thay don't rip u off. There's a reason why this veterinary practice doesn't have involvement with Dogs Trust Annette because they are very well known for overcharging.

Visited the store 2 days ago to purchase a bunny for our family. The advice given by the lady who dealt with us was superb, even helped carry everything to the car. Our little bunny is healthy, happy and already learnt to use her litter tray. Very good experience for us and will definitely go back
