What a amazing agent to deal with!! our house purchase was not the easiest however Helen was always on hand to offer advice and help during the whole process. With our first house falling through they managed to find us pour prefect dream home 1 week later which we completed with 4 weeks. Newton Fallowell in Leicester Forest East efficiently marketed my property for me after I had received poor service and marketing from one of the countries leading Estate Agencies. The difference in service was night and day. They were quick, efficient and competent in marketing the property, which received multiple offers within 48 hours of the property being listed. Unfortunately the the sale of my property fell through several times due to complications with the buyer's mortgage offers. Each time the property was put back onto the market, multiple offers were received within 48 hours. The communication from Helen was excellent. Highly highly recommended.

Throughout the process they vetted all of the viewers, got rid of time wasters and their support and guidance throughout the whole process was exemplary. Fantastic service from a team that REALLY care. Our sale was complicated and on a tight timeline but they worked really hard and smart to get it done. Exceptional value for money. This was the second time selling through them and I wouldn’t look anywhere else to sell our house when we move again in LFE.

Helena was so rude every call I made to arrange viewing with this state agent. Helena answered back to me, when I asked her to get Zak to call me back when he can. Also she never pass my message to Zak. But other staff were good no problems

I cannot rate this agent highly enough! We dealt mostly with Sadé, Stevie and Helen and all three have been fantastic from start to finish. We went to see a property advertised for sale online with Newton Fallowell without having ours on the market yet and fell in love! We decided we wanted to put an offer in but were not yet in a position to. We made it clear to Sadé that we did not want to miss out! In that SAME AFTERNOON the staff from Newton Fallowell arranged a telephone conversation with a mortgage advisor, sent a valuer to value our property, took photos and a floor plan and arranged for our property to go on the market the next working day all on a Friday afternoon!! By the end of the day, we had a mortgage in principle and had made an offer on our dream home. The member of staff who came to value the house was so lovely and knowledgeable of the area - we were so grateful that he put no pressure on to sell with Newton Fallowell unlike Connells who we found pushy and rude The photographer was extremely talented and, again, very friendly. We were so pleased with how the images turned out and we were consulted prior to the house going live online to correct/change anything we wished to. Newton Fallowell ensured that the sale of our house was extremely smooth with clear communication from all the staff surrounding bookings for viewings and regular updates on offers and progress. Altogether, I cannot fault my experience with the staff at Newton Fallowell LFE and would definitely encourage anyone local to sell/buy through this agent. Thank you to all those staff involved for your hard work. We cannot wait to move into our new home!!
