Will not return faulty vapes - ask you to pay for new part and only had it four week! No warrenty on electrics apparently! If I buy something I expect it to last more than a few weeks! Avoid go somewhere else where they will actually treat you like a customer - accused me of damaging it. Dropping it etc - was like new not a mark on it! In end new part coat £8 which they wanted me to pay! rip off
