Stocks are a little down on the higher end market to what was available but its still a great shop. You can't return as you changed your mind to get money back. Only a credit note for the shop so be sure its what you want but you can buy upto 2 rolls over to get money off those within 14 days
Wallpaper was so poor quality professional decorators couldn't hang it, just ripped like tissue paper. On request I sent the un used paper back for them to test and they claim they received the package but what I sent wasn't in there so they refuse to refund my money, so let down and disappointed with this company I will never use them again.
Terrible..The shop assistant who served me needs some lessons in customer service she was miserable very rude not helpful at all ..middle aged woman with blonde hair and glasses..wanted to buy 3 rolls priced at 4.99 per roll she rang them in at £12 a roll when I questioned the price she said no there £12 then walked away to see where they were and at what price to which i followed to show her they are priced at £4.99 she still refused to give us them at that price even when I said we should be entitled to the price it states she then said NO..if they are still at that price tomorrow you can have them then ..I said well your obviously going to go change the price now . Extremely unhappy customer and will not be going back to that shop again ..a bit of advice learn your staff some manners
Absolutely fantastic, choice and service, this is our go to shop now for quality wallper, and excange for unused rolls was in refund not credit note, brilliant service thank you
A large spacious showroom and a vast array of all types of wallpaper and paints, staff are very knowledgeable and will assist when you ask, free parking is also nice.
You could spend all day there trying to decide what u want as they have some many cool styles and ranges
When walking into the shop was told I was walking the wrong way which I didn't notice as I was to interested in getting my wallpaper which I always tell everyone how good it is better then B&m or b&Q but my day in the shop is about to change my mind customer services was horrible try selling me wrong batch numbers for wallpaper here attitude was awful she just twisted her face at me so I wet to pick some different paper where it said 50%. Off goes to the till and a young girl l says £52 I said no it's got 50% off in the sale wall but that's what it's coming up at I said no I show u she walked off and got that awful woman back and she moaned trying to sort it out I eventually got it for what it said but I've never experienced that ever in that store which makes me not wanting to go back there again it's the only wallpaper I would use in my house and I can always rely on it but I couldn't wait to get out of there was so upset about it and shocked to be treat like that. It's going to take sometime for me to think about shopping here again. Never
Fantastic range of wallpapers to browse on their website! I ordered quite a few samples that arrived quickly. Only issue with the sample is that they are quite small in comparison to some of the prints/patterns they do mention the sample size on their website I also ordered the final design I chose through them. Order arrived very quickly and the paper was a great quality. I over ordered slightly but the returns process was made hassle free thanks to their customer service agent. A great service and easy to use!
Placed an order online on Tuesday by 1pm and paid for next day delivery as it was needed urgently cut off 2pm. I didn't receive any delivery notification by Wednesday morning so did an online chat to find out if it was going to be delivered to only find out that it was not sent out due to a payment issue at their end. They then said that the warehouse is shut today Wednesday so it won't be despatched until Thursday for Friday delivery. At this point I expressed that I ordered it for next day delivery and urgently needed it. I also pointed out that if I don't receive it them I will be losing out on 2 days wages as a self employed decorator. I spoke with the manager on the phone and said if you want to get the parcel to me for Thursday delivery you can! this can be done by a royal mail by which she said that no one can take it to a post office this is not our delivery policy. I said it's not that you can't get the parcel to me for Thursday your choosing not to. Also the advice given by the manager was to try and find 2 days work for the days I've not going to be working. I'm appaulded at the comment she made. How about if you get the orders out on time then I wouldn't need to. This company are not willing to go above and beyond to meet a customers needs and the expense of their own fault of not despatching the parcel on time. Instead they are happy to let people lose out on 2 days wages within the current climate of rising fuel gas and electric prices. The only compensation offered is a refund on the delivery and 10% discount on the order. Absolute joke!!!
If you change your mind, you’re screwed! Spent £20 a roll on 3 x black and white wallpaper. I returned it within 28 days - still sealed in perfect condition as I’ve decided to get wall panelling instead. I was told there’s no refund only credit note. I explained I’ve been a good customer and had spent £125 only last month and that I wouldn’t need any wallpaper for at least the next year. There was no acknowledgment of consumer rights. In fact there ended up being 3 people behind the till explaining why they’re just doing their job. Talk about unprofessional and intimidating. They try and get away with not refunding you because of what it written on the receipt. Be so careful if you buy anything from here as they make it impossible to return with no acceptance of consumer rights or customer service. I hope I never have to set foot in here again…. Oh wait, I have a £60 credit note!
