Avoid at all costs. Has been selling rotten food.nnI brought some frozen food, got home and realised that the food wasn't frozen and was rotten. Phoned the helpline to let them know as mistakes happen. Went back a month later and the same food remained unfrozen in the same freezer. Nobody had acted on my concerns. Informed the manager and they cleared the shelf. Went back the next day and there was unfrozen food on the shelf below. Nobody had checked.nnClearly this store is not well run and is selling dangerous food.
The store was very tired looking.nHad to wait over ten minutes in a queue for cafe service because of till malfunction, no back up plan for this happening. Then over five minutes for a cup of tea.nOn the positive side the shopping experience was good and the associated staff helpful.
Can’t fault the cafe-staff are great, but waiting 10 minutes to buy a bottle of vodka from a locked cabinet n getting no response from anyone to open it-not great. Told someone and he said we are short staffed. Fine-loads of other supermarkets-will do my shopping elsewhere.
It's good to see different businesses under 1 roof. Staff I met were friendly. Pound section worth checking. I'm not often shopping at Morrison's, but found it easy to find my way round, it's not too big. This was before Easter, had to check the chocolate eggs. Morrison's The Best look really nice.
I went the other day to buy bread and medicine for my boyfriend because he has a cold and the boy who was supposed to approve me didn't approve my medicine because in his eyes I wasn't of that age, or maybe he's racist, I didn't choose to come to England, I have children with an English man and Brexit did not let him stay in Germany for more than 6 months. I am 31 years old, I was born in 1993 and I work in the field, but I distinguish children from adults. And one more thing, I'd really like to know how many of you have passports with you wherever you go, and I'm not referring to car licence because they are small and is easily to hold in your wallet? And by the way I am preagnet and can't take medicine but he didn't even let me explain as he wanted to see a 31st womans passports....lol . I came there all the time as I leave next to it ....that is not going to happen and I am as well telling people what happened as I think is a joke
