Blaydon Costa absolutely fantastic, Cost at WH Smith in the Metrocentre brilliant. If you are a regular they are nice, chatty and helpful and treat you like you are their best friend. And if you are not a regular they treat you just the same. Natalie from WH Smith is probably one of the best Costa managers around.

Staff are always friendly and polite. It is always clean and tidy and most importantly the coffee is always hot. Love the seeded toast with jam and the pea and ham soup is so tasty.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Coffee is always great. There is a lot of seats inside so even when busy you can find a seat.
