I visited the hospital three times in 6 weeks with regards to my unhappy prostate, and I have nothing but great things to say. All of the nurses were lovely some even recognised me on later visits!, the food was delicious, and the consultant who performed the HoLEP procedure on me did a wonderful job. The room that I stayed in room 35 had everything that I needed. In summary, I couldn't have asked for better care and better staff. If only they had cakes, it would have been perfect
The worst private clinic I have ever visited. The receptionist are not welcoming at all and have a very rude attitude when you raise concerns about your waiting time.nnThis was my 3rd time visiting the clinic and I had to wait over 40 minutes or even an hour for my appointments. It doesn’t matter if I arrive early being the first or the last the waiting time is not acceptable.nnI am truly shocked of this service and very disappointed. I have visited many private clinics in London and I was hoping the quality or at least the manner of staff would be the same if not better but I was unfortunately wrong.nnThe specialist/surgeons are trying to be helpful but they overpromise and underdeliver. All the specialist promised me things they would do but never happened follow up notes etc.nnI almost feel like this place is a scam. I do not recommend.
Recommended via insurance company to attend private medical appointment here. 45+ minute wait time based in appointment time. Appointment outlined same information which Dr. via Insurance company had already indicated. Complete waste of time, and asked to pay additional charges for the visit. Very poor experience for private medical.
My husband used this hospital via insurance for a procedure. At the initial consultation the surgeon sulkily claimed this procedure wouldn’t make him any money. Then after bringing us in at 7.15am we sat for hours while he took his general anaesthetic patients for their procedures. It would surely be better all round for him to allocate his list and bring patients in at appropriate times. Not impressed.
I would give zero stars to Nuffield even after paying £200 i didn't receive any treatment instead the doctor told me to contact my GP which is hopeless. NHS & the entire medical system in UK is hopeless, just looting money & not providing care to patients. Under developed countries have much better medical system in place than the so called Developed country UK. Getting sick in UK is like death sentence. Appalled services.
