Stunning holiday park with first class amenities. The staff are amazing. If you need a holiday home this is the place to go. You will not regret it.

Its a good place to relax, take it easy,everything is here,if not,ask a member of staff. The pool is good for a relaxed swim, the restaurant serves excellent food,the bar has all known drinks available, the evening entertainment, on a weekend is really good,different acts,music,you couldn't ask for anywhere better to come take it easy relax,have the children entertaned,while you take it easy,and the staff are all approachable,A03 Rachel Lee

Very nice holiday park. Not too big. Very well kept. Lovely plants. Only issue was cards to get in/out, they did not work repeatedly. In the end we had two out of 4 cards working. Wasn't a problem as the other 2 cards were for children but if it had been for adults would have caused problems.

A few things broken and un-useable in the static van. Vans are not checked to make sure everything works, for this amount of things to be broken. Restaurant could only offer ice cream or chocolate brownie on 23/12/2017, could not make an irish coffee as not on the menu, and they didn't know how to make one! No shampoo or soap in shower area by the swimming pool at all! (although the swimming pool is nice) We booked for 4 nights and stayed for two due to a rude/aggressive family, that spoiled the entertainment. I did not feel safe at this park, as when I sought help from bar staff they did nothing, so I had to leave the club house immediately and the park the next day as The family were threatening when I pointed out their children were preventing our family from watching a film that was a scheduled activity, their children were completely out of control, they allowed all three children to cartwheel in front of the cinema screen repeatedly, shouting and screaming. When I asked to speak to the entertainments manager he had gone home!Christmas was ruined. Customer service at Wyndham resorts, who own the park and Hoseasons, blamed me for not reporting problems! but I did! There were no staff available at all on the afternoon of christmas Eve or Christmas day, no one to get help from! All in all, the park is managed very poorly at both upper and lower levels of management. Oh yeah and the van was not as described and did not look like the picture. I would NEVER waste my money by going to one of these parks again!

Nice place my daughter as a carvan on the site always kept nice and tidy.  Good safe environment for the children
