Fantastic looking castle, great as a base to explore North Wales. The team are all very professional and personable with guests. Dining is of the highest quality and superb customer service. Took some photos including deer wandering around the grounds. Snow one morning was a surprise, some staff could not get in to work but good to see two of the younger team demonstrating some real leadership qualities. Very relaxing holiday.

Lovely place in stunning surroundings. We had a Garden Room which was huge, warm and very comfortable. Great food with plenty of choice and good entertainment or just find a quiet corner with a book. Had a very good break.

Great place with lots of activities. Lovely grounds and wood to explore. Staff lovely and really look after you. Classy rooms with a lot of work being done to update all the rooms. Great facilities and the food was fantastic.

Had a wonderful weekend, there was everything we wanted. Entertainment was excellent. Last night Lorraine Crosby was the highlight of the weekend. Food was excellent. Garden lodge was more then expected WOW! In fact it was the best weekend we have had for a long time. Well done everyone.

4 day break over New Year. Good atmosphere, really lovely, friendly, accommodating staff. Always there to help and never in your face. Entertainment was very good. Hitsville were fantastic, need to search them out. Accommodation fresh, modern and spacious. Beautiful grounds, even in winter. Food to die for! So much choice and variety, most enjoyable. Views from grounds stunning. Most relaxing and enjoyable break.
