Good clean well maintained sight.pitty it has not got a shop and nearest shop off sight has shut.come on marine get the shop up and running.this is our fifth visit

We arrived to find our booking had been mislaid waited a while to find out what was going on ,was all a bit disorganised and panicked. We got a platinum caravan and an apology which was happy about ,was a lovely caravan but toilet not cleaned plus wax dripped everywhere asked at reception for it to be done while we went out for a few hours ,told no problem. When came back only the wax had been removed . Had a nice stay didn't use entertainment or pool was just using it as a base . We left 10am went home and then the mrs told me she left her new jacket and jumper in a cupboard. Was our fault but when i tried to get them back i phoned 7 times from 3pm till 12 o'clock the next day witb same answer from everyone "no problem we'll check it now and get back to you .finally got back to me and said nothing there,only explanation; they were stolen .so don't leave anything behind that's the lesson cause you won't see again . They said sorry .

2h late with check in ..and is not a good thing when you come from a distance of 300 miles and the customer service is really really bad !
