We own a caravan on the SunnyVale site. It is very secure, very well maintained, and very close to the sea. Great for breaking away from the chaos of everyday life.

This is our second time staying at Sunnyvale and we can't wait to come back again. The toilet block is clean and the showers are lovely and hot. The park is well kept and nice and clean. The day we arrived Sunnyfest was on an the entertainment and food was amazing. The site is situated next to the beach and the walks in the evening when the sun is setting   is truly amazing. We stayed on the touring pitch and I would highly recommend this site to anyone 5 stars all round keep up the good work guys.

We have been in here for 4 years touring. As permanent. The sight is friendly clean. Fantastic. Point to get anywhere.  That we was so happy we bought a static. Caravan which we absolutely. LovenThe staff in office. Will help advise. As much as they can. The touring / maintenance. Guys. Mark. And   Dan. Are amazing. Guys. Just asking they hi above and beyond there role we have known mark longer. He is s top guy. I can’t recommend this sight enough.

Love this little site, it's right next to the harbour and the beach, it has several access points to the beach as well.nThey have tourers and statics, there is a children's play ground or you could take them to the beach. the ice cream truck comes round toonThe site has a bar/restaurant don't know what it's like as I didn't use it.nThe staff are polite, friendly and helpful, even calling the day before departure to let me know what to do as the office is shut.nI was on the Tourers, the pitches are large and well maintenained, there is a bin store keeping rubbish from blowing about and a elsan point as well as toilet/ shower block. This is clean and tidy, the showers are the hottest I've ever found anywhere I've stayed.nIt is such a peaceful site even with children playing all day and people coming and going. Fab place to stay and relax

I was an owner at Sunnyvale for around 3 years.nIn October 2022 my wife passed away after a short illness, so I decided to sell my van back to the site. I received an offer from the site and accepted it, as I trusted their valuation. I was somewhat dismayed and angry that just 2 months later, my old van is back on their Site for Sale for over 3 times what they paid me!!!!nI know prices fluctuate and a profit has to be made. But being ripped off, I did not expect. OK, I had the opportunity to sell it private, but with possibly having to pay another season's site fees and £500 disconnection fee, I decided to trust Sunnyvale. Big Mistake. If you are thinking of buying a holiday home here in the future, just think carefully about what will happen if you have to sell. Yes I agreed with their valuation as I trusted them!!!!
