I went to collect my parcel 15 minsutes before closing . Knowing I didn’t want to look around the store just quickly collect a parcel . The manager Shannon told me that I couldn’t enter the store and that the parcel might take a while to find ! She also said that the staff have homes too go to. She was very rude and muttered things underneath her breath . Poor customer service .

Seems ok - actually went there to use Starbucks! It's a shame Starbucks is inside as they don't open before 9am!!
