Purchased a Car from these 3 months ago and was very happy with the experience and the price so I decided to take out the full warranty and 2 year service bundle which includes MOT's and servicing at a total cost of £893.99 as I figured it was less hassle. Then today as an MOT is due next month I called to book the car in only to be told that the nearest service centre is 20 miles away in Birmingham. Needless to say that was a waste of £893.99 and there is no way on planet earth that I would have taken out those warranties if I had been informed of this when purchasing. I called them up but of course they say its their policy to inform all customers of this and they are sorry but nothing they can do. Well, there is something that I can do, and the first thing is to never to buy a vehicle from them again, unlucky for them as my Son & Daughter are both looking for new cars and we were on site last Sunday looking around with a view to purchase this weekend. Secondly I can recommend that if you buy a vehicle from them do not take out the warranty unless you want to have to travel 20+ miles for an MOT and any service or warranty work.

WARNING...PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING!!! Do not buy from this car store, please learn from my mistakes, I purchased a 20k Audi from this car store and 2 days after buying the service light came on, I contacted them and they said that it had been serviced and that the light wasn't reset because it hadn't come on yet (A lie). I subsequently found out that they only have to complete an oil change and they call it a service. They are cowboys and will lie to you to get the sale. I was made to pay £342 to Audi to properly service the car as the car store refused to do it. The car store also had not used an Audi filter and I was told this voided the warranty which had to be sorted by Audi. They also refused to take the car back when I told them it wasn't good enough. As soon as they have your money they couldn't care. They don't follow the consumer rights act and I had to write to the managing director in Nottingham to get my money back and go through trading standards. It turned out well as I got the money for the service back but it took a while. Do not trust these clowns especially the manager David Lee. If I was able to give negative stars I would have done but looking at the amount of unsatisfied customers on these reviews it should only be a matter of time before they go out of business. Go to a reputable dealer and avoid these buffoons. P.S If you ever read this Mr Lee and I sincerely hope you do, I told you I would get my money back. Your incompetence is beyond measure. It's been 5 months since I posted this review, every one else who has posted has had a response from the company, I'm guessing your silence is an admission of guilt and incompetence as to why you've not responded to my post. I have had 10 likes and if that means that you've lost 10 sales because of this review then it means 10 less 1 star reviews for you and your company. You're as clearly still as incompetent but I congratulate you on still being in business, I thought you'd all be at the dole office before now. I will continue to edit this review to ensure it stays at the top so that your potential customers know what you're like..

I was at first happy when I was being sold the car but the moment I got it home the problems started, I was promised as a condition of the sale that the fuel filter be changed they lied and didn't do it I mailed David Lee and got no reply. The next day I found the air conditioning was out of gas, then when having a towbar fitted was shown the state of the car underneath it is a 2014 and looks like it has been parked in the sea it is rusted massively. Then I was promised full service history which I have not got and I also have no MOT. Then DATA protection means nothing to them I have details of another person address and phone number, the list goes on and on. I emailed head office 3 days ago and I have been ignored, I intend to get the car put right as I was sold it or I can see a court case coming on............ watch this space.

My whole experience has been very good indeed. Harbinder sold the car to us, whilst Shane has handled actual pick up of the vehicle and the service in both cases has been excellent. We've had a very stressful time with cars recently, having two written off in six weeks by drink drivers, and this has been a really easy, pleasant experience. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone. (Plus the coffee and background music whilst you wait are great!)

Daughter bought a car which has spent more time being repaired than driven. Last straw was when the wrong part was ordered. The only good point is that they are refunding without too much fuss
