We stumbled across this fabulous bar, as we were meant to see Peter Kay and was cancelled! What a find, everyone was so friendly and the happy hour cocktails were gorgeous! We may re visit next year. A good selection of Gins too, and top tunes!! I highly recommended this place.
The store only gets one star purely because of who I believe to be the manager he is the most awkward human being I have had the unlucky pleasure of meeting .he has no man management skills and no inter personal skills. On the two occasions I have meet this individual he has just been awkward just for the sake of being awkward, one of the most rude and arrogant persons I've ever met .He makes it such hard work to buy anything which is the main point of a store really to stay in business you feel like just giving up. On a good point the products are always of a good quality and the rest of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Perhaps to help the store out he should seek a career change hopefully not the samaritans.
Thank you to the kind lady today at the store helping me sort a kit out for my little boys birthday. I had ordered online but it arrived damaged by the courier and it wasn’t repairable sadly. I had the unfortunate displeasure of speaking to the worst manager ever initially, who shrugged his shoulders and said I don’t have one in the same size so I’ll order it in. I explained I needed one for tomorrow as it was his birthday and asked if I could build a kit together out of the single items if they had size stock what I had ordered was the infants full kit and he sarcastically replied ‘yeh sure I’ll just go and make you one out the back now shall i’ - thankfully the kind lady and a young lad helped me pull a kit together out the youth section and make it work for my little lad. I’m sorry you have to work with the most socially awkward and rude manager I’ve ever had to speak to. You all need medals coping with that level of idiot….
I pre ordered the new Cov third shirt when out of stock on Feb 16th 2020 having been told on the website it would be available on 23rd March 2020. I am still awaiting delivery of my shirt nearly 3 months on! My queries get generically answered and I have been offered nothing in terms of a solution or compensation. They take around 5 days to respond to each query to give you a generic response, close your case and consider that this level of service is acceptable. If I conducted my business like this I'd be on the streets. 26/05/2021 - I wanted to edit this to a positive review.... ordered home shirt online took 3 weeks due to personalisation.. ok fair enough.. shirt was delivered to my old address yesterday despite me having updated it on my account and checking this is the case. I'm speechless. Cov need to get promoted to the PL so I can purchase a personalised shirt in Sports direct
I bought a polo shirt but was sent the wrong size, then purchased another on-line but four weeks later I still have not received it. On numerous occasions I have tried ringing but can't get through. I have sent many emails but nothing has been done. I will never purchase anything from CCFC Store again! Shoddy service!!
ordered coventry city 3rd kit online , was said delivered by courier but it wasnt, contacted store , who contacted courier and told me they said they delivered it, i contacted again saying well they didnt and what is next step? thats last i heard from them, no shirt, and paid out for nothing disgusting! will not order online again from them, and courier they use dont want to know either
Placed a order for a Coventry Essential Grey Hoodie - Adult - Grey - L but that same day, realized the size would not be big enough, not able to contact anybody by phone so sent emails to cancel, was told to buy the next size and this order would be cancelled, a week later both order are coming out, can't get hold of anybody to speak to. total waste of time would not recommend beverley
Tidy shop with items for Sky Blue supporters. Staff helpful. Yes the shop is small but you can shop online too if you want. Whilst there are no changing rooms I have had no problems exchanging items later.
