The stock is cheap and they have a fair selection. We went there because we had read a lot about the Btwin range of bikes and were looking to purchase on for my wife. I can forgive the guy that served us for being inexperienced - he tried, but wasn’t well trained. We were told that we could try the bikes out by riding around the shop, which has a polished concrete floor. I asked if we could take the bike outside for a ride, and the guy pointed to his boss saying that he had to ask him, he had the decision. He had a word with the guy who scuttled off, and we were told “The Manager says No” by the young assistant. It would have been a little more professional for the manager to come and explain to us why, but he chose not to. Frankly, would anyone buy a road bike without being able to try it out? We drove over especially, but the behaviour of the staff here was rubbish and we walked out.

Never been here before but heard people rave about it. Never again. Not as much range as I expected from looking online, staff totally uninterested, changing room is like a portaloo size box by the tills. Also the sizing! I'm a UK 12 which doesn't seem to correlate to any of the sizes here. A large was uncomfortably snug in any tops or leggings, and leggings were also verging on see through. Think Ikea for sports. A few basics and if they happen to be what you want then, great.

A good shop...they cater for over 70 sports and have some nice stuff at nice prices. Tonight I was able to purchase a boxing training vest and shorts, a running vest and shorts and a cap for less than 50 quid. I really like this shop....I can't always get everything I'm after, but they are one of my first ports if call.

Love this store, and this company. Great range of products from entry level to advanced, brilliant prices, and everything I've bought from there has lasted and been great value. Even their online ordering is great- super fast delivery. When I had a problem with an order I called them, and a person answered straight away- no hold, no "press 7 for anything else".
